During the session, we will lead you in a 3-part breathing technique, incorporating a two-part inhale into the abdomen and chest, followed by a relaxed exhale. Throughout the session, we provide guidance, support, and optional touch, along with energetic attunements. Our thoughtfully curated soundtrack will transport you beyond your thoughts and into the profound realms of your body, psyche, and spirit. Our breathwork sessions are available both in-person and online. If you prefer a personalized journey inward, our one-on-one sessions are ideal for healing, self-discovery, and embracing life more fully. For your convenience, online sessions are priced at $120 for a 90-minute session. In-person sessions are also available for the same price, allowing you to enjoy the comfort of your own home. We serve clients in Chittenden and Addison County, and if you reside outside these areas, additional travel fees may apply.
